At TPhome, we are committed to the quality of our product that is always strictly inspected before shipment for installation to customers. During construction - installation - use, however, if the product has an error caused by the production process, or the product is damaged or warped as a result of transportation, TPhome will take measures to remedy, exchange and return so that customers can feel assured and satisfied with our services.



General terms of warranty:

Warranty policy is applied from the date of acceptance and delivery of products included in the contract signed between TPhome and the Customer.

Warranty period depends on each work item, each type of product. TPhome is responsible for repairing or replacing any defective products.

For products that meet the prescribed warranty conditions, but are not eligible for product inspection right at the place where the product is placed, TPhome will ask for customer’s comments and carry the product to the plant for processing.

Customers should also pay attention to avoid making the products damaged, broken, scratched, peeled, deformed due to their misuse, and improper use under TPhome’s instruction manual.


Warranty process:

- Customer requests warranty:

When a technical problem is encountered, the customer provides the error information and product images via TPhome’s [Warranty/Maintenance] software at: with login information and password granted in the warranty card.

- TPhome receives warranty information:

TPhome receives and responds to customers in 24 - 48 working hours. In cases of emergency, please contact us quickly via the hotline: 0853.010.010 for quick assistance.

- Carry out direct warranty:

TPhome sends a technician to the customer’s place for error checking. If qualified for on-site product warranty, the technician will carry out the warranty for customer.

- Conduct warranty at the factory:

For those cases where the technician cannot check or warrant directly at home, TPhome will consult with customers to devise a plan to relocate the products to the plant for inspection.
